I am veri (well, thats not my real name, of course). This is my site. I am here simply to learn HTML and CSS. This is not a blog, this is a personal site where I share my own experiences. It is quite ugly. Yes, that's intentional. No, it will not be "fixed".

I don't know why you would want to know about me, but I have space to fill, so here goes.
I am veri. That is my online alias. Don't call me anything else other than that, unless you know me.
Yes, 'veri' is spelt with a lower case 'v'.
I live in Canada, have lived in Canada all my life, and have seen all provinces in Canada atleast twice.
I am not one to tell nothing but truths. I lie quite often. There is a lie on this page, right now! However, they're just white lies, usually to impress people ;)
I enjoy video games, usually old ones (or games inspired by old ones). I love Half-Life, so much so I was thinking about making this a Half-Life themed site! While it won't be completely Half-Life themed, there may be pages dedicated to Half-Life (maybe some uniquely styled like Half-Life), and references and nods to it throughout the site. Portal too, maybe!
I also just enjoy video games in general, so there will be nods to a lot of video games as well. There might be one right now, if you look hard enough. (No, seriously, I don't know if there is either. I have not written most of it yet.)
No, this wont be a nerd site dedicated to programming. I will never do that ever.
I also enjoy writing! There will be various pages dedicated to my writing. Some may not be linked onto the main page. That is intentional. Exploring pages may lead you to new surprises, though, those pages will likely be easter eggs. I always think a little hidden details are fun for scavenger hunts. It makes the web more fun. It's exactly why things like Alternate-reality-games exist, y'know?
I do tend to ramble. Be fully prepared for that.
This site is strictly non-serious and web 1.0 themed. It will have many topics all at once. If you're a fan of a specific topic, there will likely be a reference to it (if it's not totally niche or obscure). Even if I've never seen it or watched it, there's probably a reference to it if you look hard enough.

This website is built by one person, so don't expect new features instantaneously. Some days are slower than others. I don't have things planned for this website as of right now (04-11), but I will at some point in the future!
Yes, there is probably a spelling mistake here and there. I won't bother to fix them unless it bothers me, however.
Like I said, strictly web 1.0 themed. Though there will be qol features that did not exist yet, if the feature isn't neccessary (and wasn't possible during the older era), then it probably won't be added.
There's no light theme because it reminds me of oatmeal or paste (for some reason).
Be prepared for more content in the future.
